📦 Shipping Charges
- We offer FREE shipping across India.
- For remote or special locations, additional shipping charges may apply.
🔒 Safe Delivery
- All orders are fully insured during transit.
- Customers are requested to check the package for any damage or tampering before accepting delivery.
⏱️ Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders are processed and shipped within 7–8 working days.
- Delivery time after dispatch is usually 3–5 business days.
📍 Shipping Address Changes
- Address changes are allowed only before the order is shipped.
- Once the shipping confirmation is sent, no changes will be accepted.
📦 Delivery Guidelines
Do not accept the package if:
- It is damaged or tampered.
- The package appears empty.
Please open and check the parcel at the time of delivery.
🚫 Failed Delivery
- If the recipient is unavailable, the courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- If undelivered, the order will be returned.
- Re-shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

- Delivery depends on courier partner terms.
- Incorrect name or address may lead to delivery failure.
💰 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD), but it may not be available in all cases.
COD Restrictions — We reserve the right to disable COD for:
- Certain locations where COD is not available
- Customers with a history of order rejection
- Frequent returns or failed deliveries
- Suspected fraud or unusual activity
If COD is unavailable, customers will be informed and asked to use prepaid payment methods.
