RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

At The Modern Nari, we strive to provide the best shopping experience to our customers. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

🔄 Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• To cancel your order, please email us at info@themodernnari.com.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns under any circumstances.

We only offer exchanges for the following reasons:

• Size issue
• Wrong product received
• Damaged or defective product received

✅ Exchange Eligibility

• Exchange requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Customers must email us at info@themodernnari.com with their Order ID, issue details, and product images (if applicable).
• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

❌ Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Sale or clearance items
• Customized or personalized products
• Plus-size products (4XL and above)
• International orders
• Products reported after 24 hours of delivery

📦 Exchange Process

• After approval, customers must send the product to our return address.
• Reverse pickup service is not available.
• All return shipping charges must be borne by the customer, including exchanges for damaged, defective, or wrong products.
• We recommend using a reliable and trackable courier service.

💸 Refund Policy

• We do not offer refunds.
• No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
• If an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability, store credit may be issued at the sole discretion of The Modern Nari.

⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

• Any damaged, defective, or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Customers are required to provide clear photos/videos of the issue via email.
• Return shipping charges for such cases will also be borne by the customer.
• Once the returned product is received and inspected, an exchange will be processed if approved.
